DMCA and Rights Requests

MakeGF respects intellectual property rights and responds to valid notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and comparable laws. If you believe content on createaigirlfriend.online infringes your rights, follow the process below.

1. Filing a notice

A valid takedown notice must include:

• your physical or electronic signature;
• identification of the work you claim is infringed;
• the exact URL(s) of the material you want removed;
• your contact details (name, email, address);
• a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law;
• a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

2. Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice with your signature, identification of the removed material and its former location, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed in error.

3. Our response

We may remove, disable, or review the reported content while a claim is investigated. We aim to act on complete, valid notices promptly. Incomplete, false, or abusive notices may be rejected.

4. Repeat infringers

We may restrict or block access for anyone who repeatedly submits infringing material or abuses this process.
